I worked with the back of house staff, as well as Executive Chef Harold, to ensure quality service was maintained throughout dinner service. Furthermore, I was able to lead through professional interactions over the course of the semester leading up to the night of the event. For example, my responsibilities as Menu Development Manager required that I place myself in an active leadership position to ensure the sucessful production of food for the dinner that met nutrition requirements, complied with the event theme, and aligned with the alloted plate cost maximum.
