Short Term Goals

  • Complete Dietetic Internship through Cornell University and pass the registered dietitian exam by the end of summer 2016.
  • Learn more about procurement, budgeting, and scheduling software by completing CBORD’s Foodservice Suite Virtual Classroom Training sessions by 2016.
  • Hold a managerial position within a foodservice operation in a healthcare setting by 2017.
  • Become an active member in the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals.

Long Term Goals

  • Increase personal proficiency in marketing and finance by achieving an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business by 2019.
  • Become Director of Food and Nutrition Services in a healthcare setting by 2020.
