I attended a lecture given by Ashley Reaver, RD, in which she shared her experience as a Food Services Call Center Manager at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. I learned how to apply the professional leadership skills I acquired from course material to a management position in healthcare by listening to Ashley’s experiences.
