Worked with Chef Jacob Kuehn, Hans Bethe House Chef/Manager, to put recipes into Foodservice Suite®. Learned how to search for ingredients, modify recipes by weight, create recipe instructions, follow Cornell Dining standard operating procedures, and dictate critical control points.
