Professional Leadership Experience

Throughout NS 4880, I was exposed to a real foodservice operation at a university dinning hall, in which I functioned alongside the executive chef in a managerial, leadership position. I combined the practical knowledge learned with my academic experience to organize a themed dinner event at the end of the semester.
