Recipe Testing Production Schedule

This snapshot of the production schedule I created for recipe testing illustrates my competency in scheduling staff, keeping in mind the time requirements delineated by the recipes for menu items being prepared. Staff kitchen and cooking knowledge was also taken into account when scheduling; more difficult tasks were given to team members with more experience. Furthermore, knowing I would need to leave early to make it to rowing practice, I was able to schedule precisely to the minute, ensuring that I (The Recipe Development Manager) would be present for the recipe testing session.
