Through recipe testing, I learned how to modify recipes within preexisting parameters, whether they are nutritional, monetary, or quality parameters. I worked along side Chef Harold to guarantee that our finalized recipes represented our Team’s mission: to provide high quality, safe, nutritious food and drinks.
