Communicating effectively is a pivotal skill to develop, as a professional career in foodservice management revolves around one’s ability to express their knowledge in both oral and written contexts. Throughout NS 4880, I honed my ability to effectively communicate as a foodservice professional through both written case studies and oral presentations.
